Refund Policy

  • Retailer sets the policy: Stores are not mandated to accept returns for non-defective items unless their own policy allows for it.

  • "No refund" policy: This store has a No Refunds Policy- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This store will provide a written policy upon request.

Defective or misrepresented items 

  • FDUTPA: The Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) prohibits misleading sales practices. This can provide grounds for a claim if an item is not as described.

  • Warranties: Retailers must honor product warranties. For defective items, consumers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under implied warranties.

  • Consumer's responsibility: To support a claim for a defective product, consumers should keep all purchase records, documents, and communications, and document the defect.
